Dear God

I come to you feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Please help me release these burdens and find tranquillity.

I surrender my worries, anxieties, and fears to you, knowing that you care for me and can carry my burdens.

Please fill me with your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and help me trust in your goodness and faithfulness, and calm my anxious thoughts.

Give me the strength and wisdom to face each day with courage and hope. Thank you for the promise that you will never leave me or forsake me and that you are always working for my good.

I trust in your unfailing love and your sovereign power to bring about good things in my life.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
